Travis Green is the Principal of TGreen Consulting, and an independent consultant specializing in organizational change. His experience working in multinational corporations as well as non-profit, academic and government sectors qualifies him to understand the systems, structures and complexities of these organizations.
Travis uses a “whole-systems” methodology involving collaboration and alignment while emphasizing dialogue to action. His focus is on the human process of strategy building - employees, stakeholders, and customers - through participative process methods, adaptive leadership, and sound strategic planning. Travis’s strengths are illustrated in facilitating and implementing strategic planning processes and projects. He builds high functioning and engaged groups, and identifies synergies within an organization to meet desired outcomes. Travis adopts a philosophy of walking alongside his client. This approach delivers objective and insightful information to an organization, which informs the implementation of sustainable change. Travis knows that strategic change efforts are instigated in order to improve the performance and sustainability of an organization and the people who work in them. He is known for his ability to mesh process with task. This includes developing a group’s collective capacity and identifying leverage points to implement high impact change. Travis embodies a wealth of experience leading cross-functional work teams to develop and implement strategic projects that require collaboration, accountability, and systems-wide change.
Travis received his BA in Political Science from the University of Oregon, and completed his MA in Organizational Psychology at Antioch University Seattle. He is professionally certified in Organizational Dynamics and Integrated Skills for Sustainable Change. Travis is a founding member of The Legacy Leadership Institute in Seattle, and sits on the governing board of the Community Consulting Partnership, which provides volunteer opportunities for service and learning through organizational development projects.
